WP-20F Flexible Water Cooled TIG Welding Torch 250A Copper Alloy Core Head
The WP-20F is a water-cooled TIG welding torch fitted with a flexible, fully articulated head for hard-to-reach joints. Rated at 250A DC with a 60% duty cycle, it combines the cooling capacity of a water jacket with the dexterity of a bendable neck, so operators can weld pipe roots, tube intersections, and out-of-position seams without repositioning the workpiece.
A high-conductivity copper alloy core keeps the arc stable at high current, while rapid water circulation prevents overheating during long production runs. The torch uses standard 18-series style consumables, including collets, collet bodies, gas lenses, and ceramic cups, and connects through Dinse 50 fittings. Delivered with 4m or 8m hose-and-cable assemblies, the WP-20F suits fabricators who need both thermal capacity and reach.
